General Assembly

Role

The General Assembly of the Concordia University Continuing Education Part-time Faculty Union is the meeting in which the membership of the union expresses its will, within the terms laid out in the CUCEPTFU Constitution. The General Assembly determines the overall policies of the union, elects representatives of the union, decides on proposals for the collective agreement, accepts or rejects the employer's offer for the collective agreement, votes on the annual budget, and acts on other matters specified in Article 20 of the CUCEPTFU Constitution. General Assemblies take place twice a year in the Fall, Winter and Spring Semesters.
