Employee Assistance Program

The following provides a summary of EAP benefits. For complete information, please see the EAP website at http://eap.concordia.ca. Also consult clause 21.06 of the CUCEPTFU Collective Agreement.

As per clause 21.06, Continuing Education instructors who have accumulated 720 hours of service in the English department or 30 seniority points in the other departments may, at no cost, benefit from the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The EAP is a voluntary, confidential counselling and information service available in English or French to Concordia employees and their immediate family members. EAP counsellors provide assistance with any personal and work-related concerns that may be affecting one’s physical and emotional well-being. These include concerns such as marital and relationship issues, family problems, personal and emotional difficulties, interpersonal conflicts, substance abuse, work-related concerns and more. The service is confidential and free of charge.
